North Point Computers respects your privacy. This website is mostly here to tell you about what we do. This page explains, in plain English, what information we do and do not collect.
What this website collects
This site does not use advertising cookies or create a marketing profile of you. It stores the first page, referring page, and campaign parameters for the current browser session so a callback request can be credited to the page and campaign that produced it. That session record is not a cross-site identifier and ends with the browser session.
Information you choose to send us
When you call, text, email, or submit the callback form, we receive the contact details and message you choose to share. The form stays on northpointcomputers.com and sends the request to the shared NPC lead backend at npclocal.com. The request also includes the original landing page, referring page, and campaign parameters when available. We use that information to answer you, route the business need, and understand which service and page produced the inquiry. When you call our business line, your call may be greeted or screened by an automated system so we can route you to the right person.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not send you marketing you did not ask for.
- We do not keep your information any longer than we need it to help you.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to other services, like Google Maps and our sister sites (NPC Sales, NPCLocal, and others). Once you leave this site, the other site’s own privacy policy applies. We do not control how those sites handle your data.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
