When the office grinds to a halt
Most businesses do not think about their server or network until the morning it does not work. Then nothing works. Files, printing, the internet, the software your staff lives in, sometimes even the phones. We have walked into that morning more times than we can count, and the job is always the same: find the real cause, get you working, then fix it so it stays fixed.
What we handle
- Servers that will not boot, are running out of space, or have gone slow as molasses.
- Shared drives and folders that disappeared or locked everyone out.
- Internet outages that are your gear, not the provider, and telling those two apart.
- Dead switches, failing routers, and firewalls set up wrong.
- Wiring problems hiding in walls and ceilings. We trace and fix them.
- The aftermath. If data got hurt, we work the backup and recovery side too.
How fast
Call during business hours and you get a person, not a queue. Remote help usually starts within the half hour when the connection still works. For on-site, we are based in Alice, so most of the Bend is a same-day or next-day drive. We quote before we roll so there are no surprises.
Towns we cover
We are based in Alice, so most of the Coastal Bend is a short drive for us. We take service calls in Corpus Christi, Alice, Kingsville, Orange Grove, San Diego, Beeville, Robstown, Calallen, Portland, and the towns in between.
Fix it once, then keep it healthy
Emergencies are how most customers meet us. Staying out of emergencies is why they stay. We do full network installs, clean up messy server closets, and offer managed IT where watching your server and network becomes our job, not yours.
What it costs
One-off fixes are quoted before we start, so you know the number before anyone touches anything.
If you want the server looked after rather than just repaired, ongoing server support runs $150 to $200 a month, per server. Most businesses have one. Backup is separate and starts at $150 a month for a location plus storage.
Both are priced by the site rather than per computer, month-to-month, no long contract.
