Server and network help

Server will not start. Shared files vanished. Nobody can print. The internet is out for the whole office. Whatever it is, call (361) 668-0599 and tell us what you are seeing. We will tell you what it probably is and what happens next.

When the office grinds to a halt

Most businesses do not think about their server or network until the morning it does not work. Then nothing works. Files, printing, the internet, the software your staff lives in, sometimes even the phones. We have walked into that morning more times than we can count, and the job is always the same: find the real cause, get you working, then fix it so it stays fixed.

What we handle

How fast

Call during business hours and you get a person, not a queue. Remote help usually starts within the half hour when the connection still works. For on-site, we are in Corpus Christi most mornings and based in Alice, so most of the Bend is a same-day or next-day drive. We quote before we roll so there are no surprises.

Towns we cover

We are based in Alice and in Corpus Christi most mornings, so most of the Coastal Bend is a short drive for us. We take service calls in Corpus Christi, Alice, Kingsville, Orange Grove, San Diego, Beeville, Robstown, Calallen, Portland, and the towns in between.

Fix it once, then keep it healthy

Emergencies are how most customers meet us. Staying out of emergencies is why they stay. We do full network installs, clean up messy server closets, and offer managed IT where watching your server and network becomes our job, not yours.

Frequently asked

Our whole office is offline. Who do we call first, you or the internet company?
Call us at (361) 668-0599. Half of "the internet is down" calls turn out to be a router, switch, or firewall on your side. We can usually tell which it is in a few minutes and save you a day of waiting on the provider.
Our server crashed and our files are on it. Can you get them back?
Usually there is a path, and it goes best when you stop using the machine and call right away. We assess it honestly before anything else, and we tell you the real options and costs first.
Can you take over a network somebody else built?
Yes, we do it all the time. We map what is there, document it, and fix the weak spots. You do not have to know what the last person did.
