What happens after, in plain words

It is yours and we are done. There is no monthly bill, no retainer, and we are not your webmaster. The domain renews at about $12 a year and that goes to the registrar on your card, not to us. If you want more work later we will quote it then, or you can hand the files to anybody else. That is the whole arrangement. We would rather be straight with you up front than sign you up for something you have to call and cancel.

What this is not

This will not put you on the first page of Google, and anyone selling you a cheap website that promises it is lying. A brand new site does not rank on its own. What this gets you is a real place to send people, with your phone number on it, that looks like a business instead of a Facebook page.

Who owns the website?
You do, completely. The domain is registered in your name in your own account on your own card from the first minute. We send you the source files. If you never speak to us again it keeps working.
Will this get me on Google?
We are not promising that and you should not believe anyone who does. A new website does not rank on its own. What you get is a real page with your phone number on it that you can send people to.
What if I want changes later?
You get one round of changes within the first 14 days, included. After that we are not your webmaster and there is no retainer. If you want more work later we quote it then, or you can take the files to anybody you like.
What if I do not like it?
Tell us within 30 days and we refund the $450. You keep the domain either way.
I already have a website. Is this for me?
Probably not. This is for businesses that have nothing, or only a Facebook page. If you already have a site that works, keep it.
