A website that loads fast, works on a phone, and machines can read

Most small-business sites around here are slow, built for a desktop nobody uses, and invisible to the AI assistants people now ask for recommendations. We build the other kind — and we build yours to fit your specific trade, not a generic template.

You own the site when we’re done. No hostage hosting.

Built for your trade, not a template

Most web shops have one template and they pour every customer into it. A roofer, a dentist, and a machine shop end up with the same page in different colors — even though the person hiring a roofer and the person picking a dentist are looking for completely different things.

We build yours around what your trade actually needs. A tree service that gets calls doesn’t look like a funeral home that gets calls, and neither looks like a CNC shop — the sections, the order, what goes up top, what gets left off. Your site is built for the people who hire someone in your line of work, not for a template gallery.

That’s the difference between a site that just looks nice and one that actually brings the phone calls.

What every site we build includes

Phone-first design

Built for the phone before the desktop, because that is where your customers are — usually standing somewhere, needing your number in one tap.

Structured data built in

The machine-readable labels that tell Google and the AI assistants what you do, where, and how to reach you. Standard on every build, not an upsell.

Actually fast

No bloated page builder loading three megabytes of scripts to show your hours. Fast pages rank better and, more importantly, people do not leave before they load.

Accessible

Keyboard navigation, real alt text, readable contrast, working skip links. It is the right thing to do and it is also the cheapest drive-by-lawsuit insurance there is.

Your phone number, everywhere

Tappable, in the header, in the footer, on every page. You would be amazed how many local sites hide it inside a picture where nothing can read it.

Pages you can actually rank for

Real service and town pages, not one page with everything crammed on it. This is where the site stops being a brochure and starts bringing calls.

How a build goes

  1. Callback & scope. What you do, who you want calling, what you have now. We tell you whether you need a rebuild or just a repair — sometimes it is a repair, and that costs you less.
  2. Design & content drafts. We write it, you correct it. You should not have to write a website from a blank page, but you do have to tell us where we got your business wrong.
  3. Build & review. You see it working on your own phone before it goes anywhere near live.
  4. Launch. Live, submitted to Google, structured data verified, Business Profile pointed at it.
  5. Yours. We can host and maintain it, or hand you the files. Your call, and you can change your mind later.

Standard small-business build is live in about thirty days. If yours has to talk to your scheduling, inventory, or point-of-sale system, that is a bigger project — see legacy system support — and we will say so up front instead of discovering it in week three.

The part most people find out too late

A pretty website that no machine can read is a business card you paid four thousand dollars for. It looks great when you show it to your family, and it brings you nothing, because Google could not tell what you do and ChatGPT never mentions you.

That is why we do not treat design and findability as two separate purchases. Every site we build ships with the structured data already in it. If you want the deeper work — listings cleanup, Business Profile, ongoing content — that is local SEO and AI visibility, and we will tell you honestly whether you need it or whether the build alone is enough for now.

Frequently asked

What does a website cost?
It depends on how many pages you need and whether anything has to connect to your existing systems. A straightforward small-business site with the pages that matter is a flat one-time price we quote after a callback. Something that has to talk to your scheduling, inventory, or point of sale is a bigger project and we scope it separately. Either way you get the number before anything gets scheduled.
Do I have to pay you monthly forever?
No. You own the site. We can host and maintain it monthly if you want that off your plate, but it’s optional, and we’ll hand you the files if you ever want to take it somewhere else. We’re not going to hold your website hostage.
What makes your sites different?
Two things. First, we build your site to fit your specific trade instead of pouring you into one generic template — a roofer and a dentist need completely different things, and most local web shops hand them the same page in different colors. Second, every site we build has structured data in it from day one, so Google and the AI assistants can actually read your business. Most local web designers skip that entirely.
Will it work on a phone?
Yes, and that’s where we design it first. Most of your customers are on a phone, standing somewhere, needing your number. Phone-first isn’t a feature we upsell — it’s the baseline.
Can you fix my existing site instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes, and it’s usually cheaper. If the bones are decent we’ll fix the speed, add the structured data, clean up the pages, and leave the rest alone. We’ll tell you honestly on the callback whether your site is worth fixing or worth replacing.
How long does it take?
Discovery and scope in week one. Design and content drafts weeks two and three. Build and review weeks three and four. Live inside about thirty days for a standard small-business build. Bigger projects that connect to other systems take longer and we’ll say so up front.
Do you write the content, or do I?
We draft it, you correct it. You know your business and we don’t, so you’ll need to tell us what’s actually true — what you do, what you don’t do, what you charge. But you shouldn’t have to sit down and write a website from a blank page. We do the writing and you tell us where we got it wrong.
Do you do online stores?
Small ones, yes. If you’re selling a few dozen products we can build that. If you need a full catalog with inventory sync to your point of sale, tell us on the callback — that’s a real project and it deserves a real scope, not a guess.
