How often do backups run?
Default is hourly incremental + daily full for servers, and daily for workstations. We can tune it tighter for shops that can’t afford to lose an hour of work.
Do you test the backups?
Yes. Most backup horror stories are “we had backups but they never actually worked.” We do scheduled restore tests so you know the backup is good before you need it.
Is the data encrypted?
Yes. AES-256 encryption in flight and at rest. Only you and your authorized techs hold the decryption keys.
