Most of our business work is servers and backup, month-to-month, no long contracts. We are not a per-seat managed-services shop and we do not pretend to be one.
Network & Wi-Fi
Routers, switches and Wi-Fi set up so they stay up, and fixed when they do not. We check in on your team does.
Server maintenance
Patching, updates, performance checks, and health reports. Your file server, application server, or domain controller — kept current and running.
Workstation support
Every staff PC and Mac gets patched, protected with antivirus, and fixed when it breaks. Remote-first, on-site when it needs to be.
Offsite data backup
Automatic, encrypted, offsite backups with restore testing. A dead drive or a ransomware scare doesn’t take your business with it.
Security patching
OS, browser, and third-party app updates applied on a schedule. No more "update your computer" nag screens at 4pm.
First-call support
When something breaks, you get us first — not a national call center reading a script. Local number, local tech, local response.

What it costs
Most of what we do is servers and backup, and both are priced by the site, not by the computer.
Server support — $150 to $200 a month, per server
Keeping a business server patched, watched, and working. Most shops have one. If yours needs more hands than that, we will say so before you sign anything, not after.
Backup — from $150 a month, per location
A base fee for the location, plus storage by the gigabyte. Storage is cheap now, so for most businesses the base fee is the number that matters. Usually built on a NAS at your site.
Priced per location, not per computer. Per-seat pricing means buying third-party software for every machine, and those vendors raise the rate once you are locked in — charging to move your data, charging to pull it back out, charging monthly just to keep holding it. We can set up per-computer management if you want it, and we will quote it honestly. We just do not lead with it, because we are not willing to put you somewhere that charges you to get your own files back.
