Reporting & Dashboards Β· Corpus Christi Β· South Texas

You already have the data. It is in four places and nobody looks.

Jobs in one system, money in another, calls in a third, and a spreadsheet somebody rebuilds each month. Pulling those together automatically is usually a small job, and it changes what you can see about your own business.

A dashboard nobody opens is worse than none. We aim at the few numbers you would act on.

Fewer numbers, honestly chosen

Most dashboards fail by showing forty things. Nobody opens them twice. The useful version answers a small set of questions: are we busier or slower than last month, what is actually making money, how many calls turned into work, and what is owed to us.

If a number would not change what you do this week, it does not earn a place on the screen.

Where the numbers come from

Your accounting software, your job or ticket system, your call tracking, and your ad accounts if you run them. Most of these can hand over data without anybody retyping it.

Where a system genuinely cannot, we say so plainly rather than quietly building a process that depends on somebody exporting a file every Monday forever.

What we actually do

Jobs and revenue

What you actually did and what it brought in, month over month, without rebuilding a sheet.

Calls to work

How many enquiries turned into jobs. Most owners are guessing at this number.

What is owed

Outstanding invoices and how old they are, in front of you instead of discovered at month end.

Marketing return

If you spend on ads or mail, what it produced, measured in jobs rather than clicks.

Sent to you

Delivered on a schedule you will actually read, usually email, rather than a site you must remember to visit.

Plain language

Labelled so anybody in the business understands it without a walkthrough.

Frequently asked

Do I need special software?

Usually not. Most of this connects what you already pay for. If a system genuinely cannot share its data we will tell you, rather than build something that quietly depends on a manual export forever.

What if my books are a mess?

Then the dashboard shows you a mess, accurately, which is itself worth knowing. Sometimes the honest first step is cleaning up how things get recorded, and that is a bookkeeping job, not a software one.

Can my staff see it?

Yes, and you control who sees what. Plenty of owners share operational numbers with the team and keep the financial ones to themselves.

How is this different from the reports in my accounting software?

Those only see money. The useful view puts jobs, calls and marketing next to the money, which is where the questions you actually have live.

How long does it take?

A simple version is often a week or two. It usually gets refined once you have looked at it for a month and worked out which numbers you actually use.
