Do you charge a trip fee?
Yes. We quote the trip charge and hourly rate on the callback before scheduling anything. You authorize the scope first; we don’t start the truck until you’ve agreed.
What areas do you cover on-site?
Everything within roughly a 60-mile radius of the shop — Corpus Christi, Kingsville, Beeville, Robstown, Premont, Three Rivers. Outside that radius, ask — we’ll quote travel if the job justifies it.
How soon can you come out?
Call during business hours. We tell you when we can be there, which depends on the schedule and your location, before we book the visit.
