Do you charge a trip fee?
Yes. We quote the trip charge and hourly rate on the callback before scheduling anything. You authorize the scope first; we don’t start the truck until you’ve agreed.
What areas do you cover on-site?
Alice and everything within roughly a 60-mile radius — Corpus Christi, Kingsville, Beeville, Robstown, Premont, Three Rivers. Outside that radius, ask — we’ll quote travel if the job justifies it.
Can you come out the same day?
Sometimes, yes — especially for POS-down or network-down emergencies during business hours. Callbacks usually go out within 30 minutes; the visit itself depends on truck availability and your location.
